“In 2015, Amsterdam’s Stedelijk Museum acquired and presented the spatial installation, +#14.11. For the presentation of this work at the museum, I produced an installation designed to enter into conversation with the museum’s collection, its architecture, and the non-visible structures of the gallery spaces. I combined artworks from the depot, replicas, and functional everyday objects without any kind of hierarchy, bringing conservation, research and classification methods into one installation. This photograph was taken as part of my research within the museum.”
